Role Overview
As an Admissions Advisor, you will be a trusted guide for prospective students exploring life-changing education options. You’ll work consultatively to understand their goals and recommend the best pathway forward, ensuring each individual is supported from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable programs
- Provide clear, student-centred guidance through the admissions process
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal tracking tools
- Meet and exceed engagement and enrollment goals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless student experience
Qualifications
- College diploma or higher
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student admissions, enrollment advising, or admissions administration within a private career college or post-secondary setting is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment, sales, or performance targets
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone, video, and in person with confidence and warmth
- Strong organization, motivation, and communication skills
- A genuine desire to help students transform their lives through education
- Integrity and professionalism in all student and team interactions
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000 - $48,000 annually
- Performance bonus structure: Expected total annual compensation of $60,000–$70,000
- Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student success and community improvement
Work Environment
