Job description
Bison Janitorial is looking to fill a full time, Monday to Friday, Lead Hand Commercial Cleaner position in Selkirk, Manitoba. This position is from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am Monday to Friday.
Position Requirements:
- Commercial Cleaning experience of at least 2-3 years is required.
- Previous experience leading/supervising a team of cleaners.
- You must Communicate/Speak/Read & Write in fluent English.
- Car/license is required for this position.
- Cell phone required.
- Steel toe shoes or boots are required.
Duties Include:
- Lead a team of cleaners by performing inspections of areas to ensure completion of teams work and ensuring safety meetings are conducted.
- General Office Cleaning
- Cleaning of dirty, dusty high particulate areas
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Vacuuming
- High/Low Dusting
- Cleaning Washrooms - Including Toilets, Urinals, sinks, etc.
- Cleaning Mirrors & Glass
- Changing Garbage Bags

- Whmis To Be Completed (Free Course).
- A paid on-site safety orientation is required to be completed prior to your first shift.
