JWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time assistant manager.
Our ideal candidate would have __ hrs availability, be able to open or close the store independently, as well as be able to cover shifts if needed throughout the week. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends.
We are looking of a hard working, reliable, sales-driven individual who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a small team. Being open-minded is vital to thriving in this type of environment. Having a willingness to learn will be an asset.
Duties include but not limited to: Day to day running of the store, Hiring and training new staff, Completing weekly management reports and payroll, Using a cash register and debit/credit machine, Opening and closing duties, Cleaning, Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves, Maintaining organizational systems, Performing monthly inventories, Meeting sales goals, Creating window displays and visual merchandising, Assisting customers and making suggestions towards appropriate purchases for their individual needs.

Position Requirements:
· Previous management experience of at least 2 years is essential.
· Must have at least 1 years of retail and sales experience
· 18 years or older to apply. Some product knowledge is a bonus, as well as experience with lingerie sizing.
· Due to this position having key holder responsibilities having your own vehicle to and from work is a must.
