Your contribution:
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Sales Department.
- Playing an active role in each customer interaction and assisting Advisors in all aspects of the sale process, most importantly securing sale transactions.
- Structuring new + used vehicle transactions according to dealer + manufacturer guidelines.
- Working with sales associates and leading team towards targets, including measuring performance, and evaluating trades.
- Leading regular team meetings
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Developing and executing the selling cycle.
- Developing processes that align with sales goals and involve various departments.
- Training + coaching new and tenured Advisors on product knowledge, sales process, team objectives… etc.
- Daily check-in and check-out to ensure daily metrics are met.

- Full commitment and accountability with completion of team initiatives, strategic plans, business campaigns, target achievements… etc.
- Familiar with Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other digital office platforms.
- Well organized and detail orientated.
- Minimum of 2 years automotive sales management experience, with a valid VSA License.
- Additional language skills considered a strong asset: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Hindi, Farsi… etc.
- Experience with various automotive platforms. Ie: Reynolds, CUDL, Cox Automotive, vAuto, One-Eighty, CDK, Rapid Response, AutoTrader 1source, Rapid Recon… etc.
- A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record
