Job Overview
We are a well-established nail salon in West Toronto looking for 2 reliable, organized, and customer-focused Salon Coordinators (Part-Time) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, positive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and the booking system efficiently
- Coordinate client flow and assign services to technicians
- Handle check-ins, payments, cash-out procedures, and retail sales
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and salon area
- Assist with inventory tracking, supplies, and basic salon operations
- Support marketing efforts (e.g., social media content, promotions, client follow-ups)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the team to provide an outstanding client experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, guest services, or hospitality (salon/spa experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems, booking software, and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for the beauty industry
- Bilingual in English + Spanish or Vietnamese is a strong asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (part-time schedule)
