We are seeking Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team for the upcoming holiday season. This is a high-income opportunity for the right go-getter who’s ready to hustle and earn BIG during the most wonderful time of the year.
Position: Commission Sales Representative

Compensation: 100% Commission (High earnings potential – top reps make $5,000+/mo)
Duration: Potential for year-round opportunities
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close residential and commercial clients for professional holiday light installation
- Conduct consultations (in-person or virtual) to understand client needs
- Provide quotes, upsell services, and close deals
- Collaborate with our installation team to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (field, door-to-door, or phone sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Access to a vehicle and smartphone
- Passion for the holiday season is a bonus!
