Tired of fixing work from people who “just wanted to get it done”?
Good.
Because we’re not looking for that guy.
Up to $95,000/year if it drives you nuts when sloppy work gets treated the same as quality work
That’s why this role exists.
At Unger Window & Door, we’re looking for a Commercial Journeyman Glazier who takes pride in their work.
I bet you’re tired of being one of the only people on site who actually notices the details.
- That frame isn’t plumb.
- The caulking bead looks rushed.
- The shortcut that everyone pretends not to see.
That’s not how we operate.
You’ll be installing storefront, curtainwall, and glass in commercial projects across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. You’ll follow drawings, site instructions, and company standards. You’ll make sure work is done the way you want it.
But this job is bigger than “put glass in openings.”
We need someone who can think on site.
- Someone who spots problems early.
- Someone who asks questions before guessing.
- Someone who knows that clean work is safe work is productive work.
Here’s how you win here:
- Report issues early
- Leave behind work you’d be proud to put your name on
We track performance because good trades people deserve to be recognized. Installation accuracy, rework rate, labor efficiency, issue reporting and safety all matter here.
This role is not for you if you need babysitting, hide mistakes, ignore PPE, create drama, blame everyone else, or think “close enough” is good enough.
We’re not the cheapest glazing company
Because we’re building the standard.
If you’re a real glazier who wants your work to matter, apply.
