We’re looking for a highly organized, go-to person to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is a mix of accounting support, HR coordination, operations tracking, and general office support—perfect for someone who likes variety and staying busy. You’ll be involved in a little bit of everything, so being adaptable and detail-oriented is key.
What You’ll Be Doing
Finance & Payroll Support
· Processing payroll bi-weekly
· Reconciling company MasterCard transactions
· Managing intercompany billing and internal charges
· Completing credit applications as needed
· Updating force account rates as needed
· Preparing and Submitting Monthly Union Remittance
HR & Recruitment
· Setting up new employees in our system and supporting onboarding
· Issuing Records of Employment (ROEs)
· Helping organize and attend hiring fairs
· Supporting general HR tasks and keeping employee information updated and organized
Operations & Scheduling
· Keeping the LCR fabrication schedule updated
· Helping coordinate promotional and business needs
· Completing monthly safety audit tracking forms
Fleet & Equipment
· Managing company vehicle files
· Registration Due Dates
· Overseeing fuel cards and usage
Office Support
· Printing pipe labels and unit numbers
· Keeping office supplies stocked
· Jumping in wherever needed to support the team
· General IT Support / Scheduling IT Support
Software Systems used on a regular basis
· Sage HCM (Formerly Criterion)
· Sage Intacct
· Vplanner
· Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe
· Others include
· Brady Workstation
· Cricut Design
What We’re Looking For
· Someone organized who can juggle multiple tasks
· Strong attention to detail
· Comfortable with Excel, email, and office systems
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently and take initiative
Pay: $25.00 per hour
