Valid Alberta drivers license and clean drivers history.

Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not essential
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of using hand tools and power tools for repair work
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customer
Requirements:

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, ensuring functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for installation and repair tasks.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Assist in heavy lifting and commercial cleaning as needed to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Provides front line support. They may assist skilled tradespeople, operate machinery, and prepare job sites by cleaning, loading/unloading materials, and removing debris.
