Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Engage in retail sales, upselling additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize technology sales techniques to promote new or featured products effectively
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store organization
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information and support as needed
- Support the team with time management to ensure smooth store operations during shifts
Skills
- Strong command of the English language abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
