Mike Yarek Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has proudly served our community for nearly 30 years. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our growing dealership operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments accurately
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable balances
- Follow up on outstanding customer and fleet accounts
- Reconcile daily deposits and payment transactions
- Assist with vehicle deal funding and receivable tracking
- Prepare and distribute customer statements
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting departments
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Support month-end accounting procedures
- Perform general administrative and accounting duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is considered a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility is an asset!!
