We provide full training for motivated individuals looking to start a long-term career in a high-demand trade.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Driller in collecting core samples used to design foundations for buildings, roads, and industrial infrastructure
- Load and unload drilling rigs and trucks with tools and supplies
- Drive drill or support truck to job sites
- Set up sampling equipment, collect and label samples
- Lift and handle drilling tools and augers (50–80 lbs) repeatedly
- Keep work areas clean and safe, including shovelling around boreholes
What We’re Looking For
- No experience necessary—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Able to work in all weather conditions, year-round
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening
- Clean driving record (no DUIs, no more than two minor infractions)
- Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with frequent travel and irregular schedules
- Mechanical aptitude is a strong asset
- Must have own transportation to/from the Edmonton shop
