Job Description:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Order Fulfillment Coordinator team player for medium sized printing company.
Experience is preferred, but some training will be provided. There are significant opportunities for advancement.
You will be an integral part of a small office environment, working closely with a dedicated team on all aspects of day-to-day office operations. Reporting directly to management, you must be a flexible, hard-working individual who is eager to learn and takes pride in completing a task while remaining adaptable to many competing priorities in our busy office.
Duties include:
- Receive and process purchase orders (POs) from clients.
- Generate and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order materials required for fulfillment.
- Produce sales confirmations and communicate details to customers.
- Monitor order progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
- Assist with some basic accounting tasks as needed.
The aim of this role is to support existing departments in all day to day, month-end and year-end tasks with a view to taking on more responsibility as your skill set develops. This is a great opportunity to develop supply chain management skills and bookkeeping, as well as a rewarding career.
