About the Role
- As a Sales Coordinator, you will:
Work closely with the Director of Sales, acting as the key liaison between sales, clients, and internal departments.
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing proposals, contracts, and reports, and assisting with client communication and site tours.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
- Provide administrative and accounting support, including managing client and company profiles, handling billing, and assisting with financial reporting.
- Contribute to lead generation, client relationship management, and after-sales service.
- Be part of a high-performing team, dedicated to maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional guest experiences in our newly renovated properties.
We’re Looking For
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a dedication to excellence.
- Experience in sales coordination, accounting, or administrative roles in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a client-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic programs. Hotel experience helps, but, not mandate.
