Job Summary
The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment machinery to load materials onto trucks and feed chips into the mill.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Safely handle and transport materials within the mill site.
- Rail car switching, dump truck loading and snowplowing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operating heavy equipment machinery
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation
- Ability to work well with others on a day to day basis
- Class 1 or class 3 drivers license is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.50-$38.58 per hour
