Key Responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and positivity, manage check-ins, and assist with basic questions
- New Patient Assessment Coordination: Assist doctors with assessments and help gather results
- Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage records, and support billing and insurance processes
- Patient Education: Share wellness tips and basic information about chiropractic care and exercises
- Office Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean, organized and fully stocked
Qualifications
- A friendly, people-first attitude — non-negotiable!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinic
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and social media skills
- Respect for patient confidentiality and PIPEDA requirements
