We are seeking an experienced, licensed Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Duties
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, pumps, water heaters, and drainage systems as required
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and preventative maintenance
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other construction tools to perform tasks efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation or repairs
- Conduct system inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, health and safety regulations, and company standards
- Assist in troubleshooting complex plumbing problems
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly dispose of waste materials
Requirements
- Valid 306A Plumbing Certificate of Qualification (Licensed Plumber)
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, other equipment, and assembly processes
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, drains, domestic water, and sanitary systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Your own vehicle
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
This position is integral to maintaining safe and efficient plumbing systems across multiple project sites. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Experience:
- commercial plumbing: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Plumbing License in Ontario 306A (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
