Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator

BrainStim Health is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient‑centred Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator to support our Halifax clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping clinic operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and manage check‑in/check‑out with professionalism and warmth
- Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries with clear, compassionate communication
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to support efficient clinic flow
- Coordinate with clinicians, TMS Technicians, and the Navigation team
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
- Provide information on services, treatment pathways, and next steps
- Offer basic financial counselling and process payments
- Support administrative tasks: scanning, filing, data entry, reports
- Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and documentation standards
- Assist with online inquiries, outreach follow‑ups, and patient engagement
What We’re Looking For
- MOA certificate, Health Care Administration program, or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or patient services role
- Experience with KAT or TMS is a strong asset
- Proficiency with EMRs, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing treatment information and financial details
- Reliable, patient‑centred, and collaborative
