Connell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Service Manager to lead our Service Department in Middleton, Nova Scotia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a passion for building high-performing teams. As Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Service Department, including customer satisfaction, technician performance, warranty administration, financial performance, and Stellantis manufacturer compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop the Service Department team.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Manage daily shop operations to maximize technician productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Monitor department performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure repair orders are accurate and completed to Stellantis standards.
Oversee all Stellantis warranty administration, ensuring claims are submitted accurately, completely, and in compliance with manufacturer policies.
Prepare for and manage Stellantis warranty audits.
Ensure all recalls, campaigns, and warranty repairs are completed according to manufacturer requirements.
Work closely with the Parts, Sales, and Management teams to achieve dealership objectives.
Ensure all Service Department employees complete required manufacturer training within Stellantis timelines.
Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment.
Minimum five years of automotive service experience would be a asset.
Previous leadership experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Shop Foreman.
Strong understanding of dealership service operations and fixed operations management.
Experience with Stellantis products and DealerCONNECT is considered a strong asset.
Thorough knowledge of warranty administration and manufacturer compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.
