The Sales Assistant at TriSon Farms supports the sales team by ensuring efficient order processing, accurate data management, and seamless communication with customers and supply chain partners. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting account management activities, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, while contributing to overall operational efficiency and business growth. Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer service
- Process daily orders and ensure accurate data entry within internal systems
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide pricing, sales confirmations, and shipment tracking information
- Support Commodity Buyers by entering purchase orders (POs) and providing administrative assistance
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for Key Account Managers
- Analyze sales data and create presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews
- Maintain and update customer profiles, including contract pricing, product SKUs, and onboarding documentation
- Assist Key Account Managers with reporting, trade show preparation, and customer-related activities
- Provide support to the sales team during account managers’ absence
- Ensure adherence to food safety, food security, and regulatory requirements, and communicate standards to partners and growers
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards is an asset

Wage is based off experience.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
