Job Duties
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
- Negotiate job offers, salaries, and employment terms with candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications when required
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage multiple job openings and prioritize recruitment efforts
- Prepare job postings and advertise positions across various platforms
- Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in recruitment or staffing is a MUST
- Knowledge of hiring practices and labor laws
