Following a major renovation, Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites is preparing to welcome guests back with a refreshed look, elevated atmosphere, and renewed commitment to exceptional hospitality. We are building a strong, service-focused reopening team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Lounge Server to join us.
Located just five minutes from Edmonton International Airport in vibrant downtown Leduc, our full-service hotel is part of the Denham Hospitality Organization, which also includes Best Western Plus Edmonton Airport Hotel. Our property features O’Brian’s Restaurant, Jonathan’s Lounge, 95 guest rooms, and over 5,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space.

About You
We’re looking for a hospitality professional who:
- Has a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Brings positive energy and a team-first attitude
- Demonstrates humility, passion, and dedication
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Thrives in a fast-paced lounge environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (preferred)
- Experience serving alcohol in lounge, patio, bar, or banquet settings
- Experience working with VLTs (asset)
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Flexible availability between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.
- Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in our newly renovated lounge
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Follow provincial liquor and gaming regulations
- Balance cash and record sales accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work collaboratively to create a memorable reopening experience

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as required
