On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite (5 days in office) position at our client’s Calgary Downtown office.

Our client is accelerating its digital transformation journey through the adoption of modern technologies, data-driven decision making, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager to support the continued growth and adoption of digital capabilities across the organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between business and technology teams, driving awareness, engagement, and implementation of digital and AI-enabled initiatives.
Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager - Responsibilities:
- Champion the adoption of digital technologies and AI capabilities across the client org.
- Support the development and execution of digital enablement strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology improvement.
- Drive engagement activities, workshops, and communication programs.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable work packages for technology teams.
Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation or organizational change initiatives.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong planning and execution capabilities.
- Ability to engage, influence, and drive adoption across all organizational levels.
Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital enablement programs.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational adoption strategies.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or emerging digital technologies.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
