We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
This is more than a desk job. While your primary role will be assisting customers and driving sales, we're looking for someone who believes in being part of a team and is willing to jump in to help wherever needed—including assisting with tonneau cover installations during busy periods.
What You'll Do
- Answer phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media inquiries.
- Help customers choose the right tonneau cover for their truck.
- Process orders and provide shipping updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Assist customers visiting our showroom.
- Work closely with our warehouse and installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Help with tonneau cover installations and other warehouse tasks when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

- Physically capable of assisting with lifting 70 lb boxes and product installations when necessary.
