As a Senior Analyst Technical Support, you have a concrete impact on one of the critical systems in financial markets by ensuring their stability, performance and availability.
Your job
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to FIX connections and message flows
- Create, configure and maintain business and technical rules in the platform
- Participate in deployments platform configurations and updates
- Analyze logs and performance to identify and correct anomalies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring tools and operational processes
- Provide support outside office hours, on calls every third week, on a rotation basis.

Prerequisites
- Degree or another diploma in Information Technology or other related field and several years of experience in application support or critical systems
- Proficient in Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with bash scripting
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of FIX protocol or electronic trading systems, an asset
- Basic knowledge of telecom architectures, an asset
- Problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a critical production environment.
