Job Summary:
Stanberry Pacific Solutions Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and keep the movement of goods organised from receiving through dispatch. This position is suited to someone who can coordinate people, priorities, and inventory activities while supporting reliable and efficient warehouse operations.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Organise workloads according to incoming orders and operational priorities
- Coordinate warehouse staff and provide guidance during daily operations
- Monitor inventory movement and assist with stock accuracy
- Review incoming and outgoing goods for correct documentation
- Coordinate with transport, purchasing, and other operational teams
- Monitor order progress and address delays or workflow issues
- Support stock counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Maintain warehouse records and operational reports
- Promote safe handling, housekeeping, and workplace procedures
- Identify practical opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, inventory, supply chain, or another operational environment
- Good organisational and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage changing workloads and priorities
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse processes
- Comfortable using basic warehouse systems and digital tools
- Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
- Awareness of workplace safety and appropriate material-handling practices
- Previous supervisory experience is helpful but not essential for candidates with relevant operational experience
- Transferable experience from manufacturing, distribution, retail logistics, or similar environments will be considered

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
