Warehouse Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Morning Shift (flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required)
Role: Support warehouse operations by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, stocking, and moving inventory to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for retail stores and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pick, pack, receive, stock, sort, load, unload, and ship orders.
2. Move inventory safely using carts, scanners, warehouse equipment, and automated systems.
3. Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
4. Follow safety procedures and report equipment or operational issues.
5. Support cross-functional warehouse tasks, training, and team activities as needed.
6. Comply with company policies, attendance, and operational standards.
Requirements:
1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching) throughout the shift.
2. Comfortable working in varying temperatures, noise levels, heights, and confined spaces.
3. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and handheld warehouse systems.
4. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
