Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within our towing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, automotive repair, and commercial driving regulations. Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and related services.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on tow trucks to ensure optimal operation.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including documentation of vehicle conditions and locations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while performing duties.
- Utilize forklift or other equipment as needed for loading or unloading vehicles.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Customer service skills to handle interactions professionally and courteously.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment safely when necessary.
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely as required.

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
