We're looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep multiple engagements on track, support our delivery teams, and bring the kind of organizational discipline that makes everyone around them more effective.
About the Opportunity
As a Project Coordinator, you'll sit at the intersection of client delivery and internal operations, supporting project managers, coordinating across teams, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll manage schedules, track milestones, maintain project documentation, and be the connective tissue between our clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple active engagements, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports, and flag risks or delays before they escalate
- Support project managers with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, action item tracking, and follow-up
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams on project logistics, status updates, and scheduling
- Track resource assignments and flag capacity or coverage gaps to the appropriate leads
- Maintain accurate project documentation including SOWs, change logs, meeting notes, and deliverable records
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for consultants placed on client engagements
- Support internal operations workflows including process documentation, reporting, and coordination across HR, PMO, and Operations
- Prepare project status updates and reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders
- Identify and flag operational gaps and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Experience
- 3+ years in a project coordination, project support, or operations coordination role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Tools & Systems
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, or similar
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
- Comfortable working within internal platforms, documentation systems, and automated workflows

- Reliable with deadlines and accountable for the quality of your work
Good to Have
- Experience in a consulting, or professional services environment
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is an asset
- Experience supporting both client-facing delivery and internal operations
- Familiarity with resource management or workforce coordination
