Futurescape Landscaping is seeking a skilled, motivated, and dependable Truck and Coach Technician (310T) to join our growing team. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet of commercial trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and winter maintenance equipment that supports our landscaping, hardscaping, quarry, and commercial snow removal operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and related fleet vehicles.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize fleet reliability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air brakes, steering, suspension, driveline components, and pneumatic systems.
- Complete annual MTO Safety Standards Certificates (Yellow Stickers), inspections, and all required maintenance documentation.
- Maintain accurate service records using computerized maintenance tracking systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to keep operations running efficiently.
- Communicate equipment status, repair priorities, and maintenance requirements with management and operations staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company health and safety policies.
- Assist with continuous improvements to fleet maintenance programs, shop organization, and equipment reliability.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours repairs during the winter snow season, when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician License.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining commercial trucks and heavy equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and emissions systems.
- Experience working with construction, landscaping, aggregate, or snow removal equipment is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable using computers and digital maintenance management software.
- Valid Class G Driver's Licence (DZ or AZ Licence is considered an asset).
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

Pay: $23.84-$45.00 per hour
