What You’ll Be Responsible For:
You will be the voice of The Vanity Lab. The person who ensures every patient feels confident, informed, and excited before they ever walk through our doors.
Your Impact
- Convert inbound inquiries into booked consultations and treatments
- Guide patients through their decision-making with confidence and care
- Match the right patient with the right treatment and provider
- Optimize schedules to ensure maximum utilization and flow
- Deliver an exceptional, polished, and trust-building experience on every call

What You Bring:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or call-based roles (aesthetic or medical industry is a strong asset)

- Confidence in guiding conversations and making recommendations
