Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
- Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, loaders, and other farm equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution across fields and gardens
- Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools to ensure optimal functionality
- Support livestock care by feeding animals, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring health conditions
- Conduct general farm upkeep including fencing repairs, soil preparation, and equipment inspections
- Use basic math skills for measuring inputs, calculating quantities, and recording data accurately

Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on farm machinery and equipment
- Experience with irrigation systems and horticultural practices for crop management

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures required for farm upkeep
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged outdoor work, and manual labor tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping
- Excellent attention to safety protocols to prevent accidents during operation of machinery or handling of tools
