We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Receiving Associate to join our team.
This role is critical to our success. When the warehouse runs smoothly, the entire company runs smoothly.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Preparing Customer Pickups & Deliveries
- Pulling and staging rental orders accurately
- Prepping tents, tables, chairs, and equipment for outgoing deliveries
- Ensuring all items are clean, counted, and event-ready
- Double-checking orders before they leave the warehouse
Receiving & Processing Returns
- Counting and verifying returned rental items
- Inspecting for damage, missing pieces, or excessive wear
- Cleaning and reconditioning equipment
- Reporting damaged or missing items immediately
Inventory & Organization
- Putting away returns properly and efficiently
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Assisting with cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Maintaining a system that prevents loss and confusion
Who We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
- Reliable and punctual: no excuses
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Warehouse or logistics experience is an asset (but not required)

- Orders go out complete and accurate
- Returns are processed quickly and correctly
- Inventory stays clean, organized, and accounted for
- The warehouse runs efficiently with minimal errors
