We are hiring 2 motivated sales representatives to help grow our premium protective film business in the Vancouver market. We specialize in high-end surface protection solutions for residential and commercial spaces, including protective films for natural stone countertops, windows tint, and security film.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is confident in building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value projects. Ideal candidates are polished, professional, hungry, and comfortable working on a performance-based compensation structure.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business through networking, outreach, site visits, referrals, and follow-up
- Build relationships with designers, builders, fabricators, property managers, and homeowners
- Attend consultations and help present our services professionally
- Follow up with leads and help move opportunities toward booked projects
- Represent the brand in a polished and professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Experience in luxury services, construction, home improvement, stone, real estate, or design is an asset
