Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Apprentice Instrumentation Technicians to join our team for a 3-month Oil & Gas shutdown project. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable industrial experience while working on a well-supported project with strong rotation and travel benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting of process control equipment.
- Work with various instrumentation devices including transmitters, valves, and control loops.
- Follow all site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with journeymen and other trades during the shutdown.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an Instrumentation Technician apprenticeship program.
- Valid safety tickets: Fall Protection, Lift Training, Confined Space, CSTS, and WHMIS (required).
- Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work a 6 days on / 1 day off rotation.
