Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Window & Door Installer for our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and replacing windows and doors while following safety protocols in residential settings, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
Responsibilities
· Residential installation of windows and doors
· Prepare work areas by clearing debris and ensuring a safe environment
· Use of hand and power tools for tear out and replacing windows and doors
· Ensure proper sealing and insulation
· Maintain a clear and organized work area
· Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
· May require performing other duties as assigned
Job Type
· Monday to Friday – 8:00 am until 5:00 pm – on occasion may require longer hours
· 3 Month Probationary Period
· Full time
· Hourly rate of pay – Negotiable
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
· Experience in window and door installation
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from our business location
· Proficiency with hand & power tools, and experience in measuring and cutting materials accurately
· Physical stamina and the ability to work safely at heights and in various weather
conditions
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
· Commitment to safety practices & protocols
· Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
