Lotus Group is proud to partner with a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, complex projects across Western Canada. Known for a tight-knit, collaborative culture where people genuinely enjoy working together, this organization has grown significantly in recent years and is now entering an exciting new phase taking on larger, higher-value projects that demand experienced, accountable project leadership.
Our client is looking for a Project Manager who has owned projects from the ground up, someone who has stood in front of clients, managed trades directly, held the budget accountable, and delivered results. With projects starting in the Jasper area as early as September/October 2026 (full hotel renovation and a ground-up engineering complex, valued at $20–30M+), this person needs to hit the ground running.
Based in Calgary or Edmonton, this role involves rotational travel (10 days on/4 days off) with accommodation provided near the project site. It is a permanent, full-time position with a long-term investment horizon. Our client expects continued work in the region for the next 5–10 years and is committed to growing this person within the company and exposing project uniqueness.
If you are the kind of PM who thrives in the field as much as in the office, who builds trust with clients and trades alike, and who prioritizes proactive and collaborative communication, this opportunity was built for you.
