Job Summary:
Customer-focused Barista with experience (1 year minimum) in high-volume café operations, specializing in crafting specialty beverages, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting daily store functions. Known for maintaining service efficiency while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
- Prepare 150–200 handcrafted beverages per shift, including espresso-based drinks and seasonal specialties, ensuring consistency and presentation standards.
- Provide personalized customer service by recommending menu items, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately while managing peak-hour queues efficiently.
- Support café operations including inventory restocking, display setup, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow, reduce wait times, and deliver a seamless service experience.
- Assist in merchandising and promoting new products to drive daily sales.
