Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager /Licensee to oversee pharmacy operations within our community pharmacy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves managing pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating medication services to support optimal patient outcomes. Minimum 5 years experience in community pharmacy is required. The Pharmacy Manager will play a vital role in maintaining efficient pharmacy workflows and fostering a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing pharmacy practice
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient care plans
- Oversee medication administration procedures and ensure accuracy in prescriptions and documentation
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to pharmacy staff to promote professional development
- Maintain accurate records of medication usage, audits, and reporting requirements
