Palate Kitchen is a Food & Coffee forward Contemporary Restaurant & Cafe. We are located in a Heritage building near Coal Harbour, and feature an open Kitchen in a beautifully designed space. We are specifically looking for Line Cooks who have gained valuable knowledge and experience working in organized and high quality kitchens. Candidates who work well under pressure, and can execute memorable dishes with the speed and accuracy required will thrive on our team.
Some of the Duties May Include;
- Executing Service
- Maintaining Cleanliness, Sanitation and Operational Standards
- Line Opening or Closing
- Food Prep
- Hot & Cold Stations
- Other duties related to the BOH Operation
