Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare prescription labels and package medications for patient pickup
- Maintain organized inventory of pharmaceuticals and supplies
- Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision
- Manage documentation related to medication administration and patient records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper storage and handling of medications
- Support the pharmacy team in daily operations, including data entry and administrative tasks

Experience
- Previous experience in a hospital or pharmacy environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to medications and patient care

- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is advantageous
