The Opportunity: A Service Delivery Assistant to perform duties related to statistical recordkeeping for the Sault Ste. Marie Employment Solutions Office and provide clerical and financial support for direct delivery team of consultants/job developers who deliver Employment Ontario Employment Service programming to clients and employers.
What you need to be successful:
- diploma in office administration or business
- minimum two years’ clerical work experience with data entry/recordkeeping and customer service
- demonstrated data entry and record-keeping skills with a strong attention to detail
- well-developed customer service skills and a demonstrated commitment to serving vulnerable populations
- strong MS Office Suite computer proficiency
- excellent organizational skills
- excellent written/verbal communication skills
- experience processing and tracking financial claims
- experience working with Indigenous communities considered an asset
- bilingualism in French and English considered an asset
This is a full-time support staff position, 35 hours/week, Payband D - $27.82 - $32.06/hour (starting rate $27.82/hour).
NOTE: I/O staff, Appendix D and PT staff are considered internal applicants.
