Overview: As a host, you make the first and last impression on each and every Guest that enters Famoso Pizzeria. You are responsible for creating a great atmosphere with your smile, high energy and welcoming personality.
What will you do in this role:
- Greet and welcome Guests when entering the restaurant
- Manage the Guest Flow, table turns and seating
- Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures
- Answer the phone in a pleasant manner and respond to Guest inquiries
- Manage a wait list and interact with Guests
- Offer a friendly final farewell to Guests
- Thank Guests for joining us and invite them to return
- Bus tables
- Take beverage orders
