About the Role
As a Parts & Accessories Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers both in-store and through phone, email, and text. You'll help identify the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and boats while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
You'll also work closely with our Service Department to ensure technicians receive the correct parts needed to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and service customers with parts and accessory inquiries.
- Recommend accessories and upgrades that enhance the customer's ownership experience.
- Identify and source OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices.
- Stock and organize inventory.
- Maintain attractive retail displays and merchandise presentation.
- Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to support customer needs.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-first experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous parts or automotive, powersports, marine, or equipment experience is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with inventory systems or e-commerce is an asset but not required.
