Pacific Fresh Fish Ltd. is a Saskatoon-based supplier of fish, seafood, meat and related products serving restaurants, food service operators, retailers, and customers who value quality products and dependable service. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and represent our fish, seafood, meat and related product offerings with professionalism and product knowledge.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting sales growth across Saskatoon and surrounding areas. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, understands the pace and expectations of the food service industry, and can confidently promote fish, seafood, meat and related products to restaurants, chefs, caterers, and other commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, contact, and develop new sales opportunities with restaurants, food service operators, retailers, and other potential customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and reliable follow-up.
· Promote Pacific Fresh Fish Ltd. products, including fresh and frozen fish, seafood, meat and related food service items, by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
· Prepare quotes, communicate pricing, and support customers with product availability, ordering, and delivery-related questions.
· Work closely with internal team members to ensure customer orders are handled accurately and professionally.
· Monitor customer trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities in the Saskatoon area.
· Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.
· Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity notes, and follow-up items.
Qualifications
· Previous sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience is an asset.
· Food service, restaurant, hospitality, grocery, fish, seafood, meat or related product sales experience is strongly preferred.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
· Comfortable prospecting for new customers and initiating sales conversations.
· Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
· Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the broader team.
· Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation may be required for customer visits.
· Basic computer skills, including email and maintaining customer records.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
