Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Manage and train staff in food handling, safety procedures, and customer service best practices
- Develop and implement operational policies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food production efficiency and menu offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and effective communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to all hospitality standards while promoting a welcoming atmosphere
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities with a focus on staff development
- Experience in restaurant operations, including food handling and service excellence
