Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work sites and tools
- Help with site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Carry out basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials under supervision
- Support the setup and dismantling of temporary structures
- Aid in measuring, marking, and layout work as directed by supervisors
- Ensure tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is advantageous
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn on the job
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
