Permanent Makeup (PMU) / Ombre Brow Artist – Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist / Ombre Brow Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in Ombre Powder Brows and other PMU services, has excellent client consultation skills, and is willing to work full-time between multiple spa locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client results and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Ombre Powder Brow procedures safely and professionally.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assessments, and aftercare education.
- Create customized brow designs based on facial features and client preferences.
- Maintain accurate client records, consent forms, and treatment notes.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
- Perform touch-up appointments and monitor client healing progress.
- Recommend appropriate retail and aftercare products.
- Assist with promoting PMU services through social media content and client referrals.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Travel and work between assigned spa locations as required.
Qualifications
- Certified PMU Artist with training in Ombre/Powder Brows.
- Minimum 1 year of PMU experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing healed and fresh work.
- Knowledge of skin types, color theory, and brow mapping techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
- Additional certifications in microblading, lip blush, or eyeliner tattooing are considered an asset.
