We're looking for an installer to join our crew installing windows. You'll work alongside a lead hand who runs the site, executing high quality, window installations in the mid-Island.
The job tasks can be summed up as:
- Window removal and installation
- Measuring and cutting with a tape measure, skill saw, and standard hand and power tools
- Prepping openings; setting, shimming, and fastening windows square, level, and plumb
- Caulking, foaming, and flashing to our installation details
- Installing interior and exterior trim
- Keeping job sites clean and treating customers' homes with respect
- General labour as needed
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years of construction experience
- Window installation experience an asset
- Competency with basic construction hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and able to keep pace on a production schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
