Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Siding Specialist to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in siding installation, construction management, and project supervision. Candidates should possess supervisory experience, a solid understanding of blueprint reading, and proficiency in quality control.
Duties
- Lead and oversee siding installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to accurately execute project plans
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of work within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare progress reports
- Supervise onsite teams, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Skills
- Strong knowledge of siding materials, installation techniques, and building codes
- Experience supervising construction crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality assurance
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures in the construction industry in regards to Ontario health and safety rules & regulations.
Pay: $40.00-$40.87 per hour
